Marilyn Klotz has extensive experience in program implementation and evaluation with a particular focus on local government and social welfare policies. She is well-versed in a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods including survey design and analysis, focus groups, personal interviews, and quantitative data analysis. She has worked as a Research Associate at the Center for Governmental Research and as a faculty member at Monroe Community College, SUNY-Geneseo, Rochester Institute of Technology and the College at Brockport, SUNY (Metro Center). Marilyn has written successful grant applications for non-profit clients and serves as a Research Analyst for federal grant projects. She joined BRI in April 2019.
